“Look on every exit as being an entrance somewhere else.”

Tom Stoppard

Any major life transition can bring a bundle of mixed emotions: concerns about letting go and of loss; uneasiness around process and the unknown; and curiosity and hope for new beginnings. Transitioning your children off to college can be doubly challenging, as it is both a pivotal period in your child’s life, as well as your own.

The goal of this 2-session course is to help you develop a healthy approach to your life transition and find growth in the midst of change. With a combination of short assignments, and interactive group discussions, we will support you in creating a plan for having healthy conversations with your children at transition, understanding and working with emotions, and developing a new sense of purpose that can bring focus and energy to new beginnings for the entire family.
