Sponsored by:
McCoy Family Center for Ethics in Society

National Book Award winner Andrew Solomon will deliver the 2017 Arrow Lecture in Ethics and Leadership.

Far and Away will look at the issue of nationalism and identity, and at internationalism in a time of Trump and Brexit. But it’s also about Solomon's experience as a traveler over 25 years, with stories from the places he has seen, arguing strongly that isolationism is a vulnerability, not a defense.

Far and Away: Reporting from the Brink of Change (Scribner, 2016) will be available to purchase. The author will be signing books after his talk.

Reserve tickets.
